AIBI is a Board administered company, the Directors being elected from out of its members. To qualitatively enhance its functioning, AIBI has formed three committees. A Director heads each Committee, with the Chairman and Vice-Chairman being ex-officio members.

Industry Affairs Committee (IAC)

This Committee keeps a close watch on the events in the industry. It is charged with the responsibility of assimilating the views of AIBI members on technical matters relating to the industry and representing AIBI's views, primarily to SEBI.

Seminars, Training, Education & Communication Committee (STECC)

AIBI regularly conducts seminars, workshops etc for the benefit of not only its members, but also the public. AIBI regularly co-sponsors an All-India Financial Services Convention. AIBI has also published an Investor's Handbook. Such projects fall under the purview of the STECC, which is the extra-industry interface of AIBI. The latest project of this Committee is the setting up of a Certification Course in Investment Banking.

Members, Administration and Chapters Committee (MACC)

This Committee looks after the administration of the Secretariat of AIBI, the interests of its members.
